Who is Nexley for?
Nexley is for UK tradespeople and small construction firms: sole traders, owner-operators, subcontractors and growing contractors. That covers builders, electricians, plumbing and heating engineers, roofers, groundworkers, drylining and fit-out firms.
It suits anyone who prices work, sends quotes and chases payment themselves, usually in the evening after a day on the tools.
What does Nexley do?
Nexley takes the paperwork off you: tendering and estimating, quoting, and the back office. Each part has its own page:
- AI tendering and estimating: reads the tender pack and prices it from your own rates.
- Take-offs and bills of quantities: measures quantities off your drawings and builds the bill.
- Quoting software for builders: turns a voice note into a priced quote the same day.
- Back office automation: bookkeeping, CIS, VAT, RAMS, certificates and files.
- Construction invoicing and Xero: invoices drafted the day the job finishes, and late payers chased.
- Supplier sourcing: your material list priced across merchants before you buy.
How does Nexley work?
You message Nexley on WhatsApp the way you would message a colleague. Send a voice note, a photo of a receipt, a drawing pack or a few lines about the job.
Nexley drafts the quote, invoice, take-off or document, priced on your own rate card, and sends it back for you to check. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. Customers can accept a quote and pay the deposit in two clicks on WhatsApp.
What does Nexley connect to?
Nexley connects to Xero, QuickBooks and Sage for your books, and updates job software such as ServiceM8, Fergus and Commusoft when a customer accepts a quote.
It also files photos, certificates and drawings into OneDrive or Google Drive against the right job, and links to over 1,000 other apps behind the same conversation.
